Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Data Analytics Graduate to influence operations across defence, nuclear, and emergency services. You will build Power BI reports, explore the full data lifecycle, and present insights to drive improvements in critical national infrastructure.

The role involves statistical analysis and developing dashboards; some placements may require Python development and security-cleared eligibility. This is a full-time position based in Rosyth, Scotland.

Qualifications

• Hons degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, OR CS or Data Science.
• Experience with Python is advantageous.

As a Data Analytics graduate, you won’t just be working with data – you’ll be influencing how we operate and support critical national infrastructure. Your work will help optimise operations, reduce risk, and enhance the performance of vital assets across defence, nuclear, and emergency services.You’ll explore the full data lifecycle – from sourcing and cleaning datasets to uncovering patterns and presenting insights through clear, compelling visuals. This involves building reports in Power BI, conducting statistical analysis, or creating dashboards that highlight what’s working and where we can improve.

Experience and Qualifications:
