Stantec is seeking a proactive Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision making across projects and functions. You will collect, structure and analyse data from multiple sources, building dashboards and automated reporting to support teams and leadership.

You will work with modern analytics tools, collaborate with technical specialists and business leaders, and contribute to data quality, governance and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organisation.

Formación

• Experience in data analytics, BI or similar data-focused role.
• Strong skills in Power BI, Excel and data visualisation.
• Experience with data preparation, cleansing and transformation.
• Knowledge of Power Query, SQL and data modelling principles.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs and reporting solutions.
• An understanding of data governance and data quality best practice.
• Experience improving processes through automation and analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you'll sit at the heart of our digital delivery capability, helping transform complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive better business and project outcomes.

Working alongside technical specialists, project teams and business leaders, you'll collect, structure and analyse data from a variety of sources, developing dashboards, reports and analytical solutions that provide clarity and support decision-making. You'll be involved in everything from improving data quality and governance to building automated reporting processes and identifying trends that help projects perform more effectively.

This is an opportunity to influence how data is used across a growing business, whilst working with modern analytics tools and technologies in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
