HepcoMotion invites applications for a Data Analyst to join our Customer Service Team in Tiverton. You will provide accurate, commercially useful analysis on pricing, costs, margins, discounts, and sales performance to support decision-making across the business.

You will build Excel workbooks, Power BI reports, and lightweight Python tools, ensure data quality, and collaborate with colleagues to translate questions into clear insights. The role offers a steady weekday schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel capability including formulas, lookups, tables and data cleaning.
• A foundation in Python or ability to learn quickly.
• Confident with numbers and detailed datasets.
• Creative and open-minded with a sharp eye for anomalies.
• Able to work independently and explain findings clearly.
• Curious, self-motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Extract, cleanse, validate and organize information from systems and spreadsheets.
• Produce and maintain pricing, cost, margin, discount, sales and product analysis.
• Investigate unusual results and pricing misalignment.
• Build and improve Excel workbooks, Power BI reports and Python tools.
• Support Business Central data preparation and wider projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues to turn questions into actionable insights.
• Maintain documentation and handover notes.
