The Range in Plymouth is seeking a BI Analyst to join our Head Office team. You will develop and maintain reports and dashboards, analyse data sources, and present insights to stakeholders to support decision-making.

About the Role:

We are looking for a BI Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. This role is responsible for developing reports, dashboards and data-driven insights that support decision-making across the business. Working with a variety of data sources, you will analyse information, identify trends and present findings in a clear and meaningful way to stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding business requirements, creating visually engaging reports and ensuring that reporting solutions remain accurate, relevant and user-friendly. This position offers the opportunity to develop technical and analytical skill while working on a wide range of projects that have a direct impact on business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in line with business requirements and best practice.
• Analyse existing data sets to ensure reports are built using the most appropriate and accurate data sources.
• Create visually engaging, user‑friendly reports that provide meaningful business insights.
• Continuously review and enhance existing reports to ensure they remain effective and up to date.
• Deliver report walkthroughs and training to users when new reports or enhancements are released.
• Produce ad hoc reports and analysis to support business priorities and operational decision‑making.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.

• Experience creating reports, dashboards or business analysis.
• Experience using Power BI.
