Job summary

The Data Gals, in partnership with a Glasgow-based organisation, is seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into meaningful insights that influence business decisions. You will partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Commercial teams to improve reporting and drive better outcomes across the business.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, owning analytical projects and using data tools to deliver practical recommendations that stakeholders can act on.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with commercially aware approach.
• Experience with data analysis in business context is a plus.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations and Commercial teams to understand challenges and add value.
• Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
• Create and improve reports, dashboards and MI for performance visibility.
• Produce actionable insights to support commercial and operational decisions.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Own analytical projects from question to delivery.
