Job summary

VOY is a fast growing Healthtech scale-up seeking a Data Analyst to join our data team in London. You will translate data into insights, build dashboards in Looker, and influence decision-making across Operations, Finance, Clinical and Programme teams to improve patient outcomes at scale.

The role requires 2–4 years of analytics experience, strong SQL, and familiarity with modern data stacks (Looker/Tableau/Power BI, BigQuery, dbt).

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a data analytics role
• Proficiency in SQL with ability to explore, filter, join and aggregate data
• Experience with at least one BI/visualisation tool (Looker/Tableau/Power BI)
• Familiarity with modern data stacks and tools (BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, dbt)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to explain findings to diverse audiences
• Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office

Responsibilities

• Translate data into insight by conducting ad-hoc analyses and identifying trends for cross-functional teams
• Build and maintain dashboards & reports in Looker to track KPIs and financial performance
• Contribute to data quality and modelling via SQL and collaboration on dbt transformations
• Partner with Operations, Clinical, Finance and Programme teams to drive data-driven decisions
