Job summary

England Rugby is seeking a Data Analyst in the Advanced Data Analytics team to transform customer data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards in Tableau, run SQL queries, and collaborate with Marketing, Commercial and Strategy teams to guide decisions.

You will learn Python, work with AWS, and contribute to segmentation, CLV, propensity modelling and growth initiatives across the RFU.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable data analysis experience turning data into insight.
• Strong SQL skills for relational databases.
• Tableau or similar BI tool for interactive dashboards.
• Excellent communication to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with CRM, ticketing or marketing data.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and improve RFU customer analytics models.
• Develop Python pipelines powering analytics suite.
• Deploy and monitor models on AWS infrastructure.
• Validate models against business outcomes.
• Present findings to stakeholders with clear narratives.
• Build Tableau dashboards for segmentation and CLV.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial and Digital Product teams.
• Support data governance and GDPR compliance.
