Job summary

Newcastle United FC is seeking an Academy Data Analyst to turn academy data into actionable insights that support player development. You will work with coaches, sports science and medical teams to blend data engineering, analytics and storytelling.

In this fast-paced environment, you will build dashboards and reports that track player progression and performance, and present findings to diverse stakeholders across the academy and first-team pathway.

The Academy Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming Academy data into clear, impactful insights that illuminate each player’s development journey. Working closely with coaches, sportsscienceand medical teams, you will blend data engineering,analyticsand storytelling to support informed decision-making across the player pathway.
