Job summary

Newcastle United FC's Academy is seeking an analytical thinker to transform academy data into clear insights guiding player development. You will blend data engineering, analytics and storytelling to support decisions across the player pathway.

You'll work with coaches, sports science and medical teams to build Tableau and Power BI dashboards, present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and push innovative methods for insight delivery.

About the role

The Academy Data Analyst plays a critical role in transforming Academy data into clear, impactful insights that illuminate each player’s development journey. Working closely with coaches, sportsscienceand medical teams, you will blend data engineering,analyticsand storytelling to support informed decision-making across the player pathway.
