We're looking for a commercially minded Data Analyst to take a leading role in driving business intelligence and strategic insight. This is more than a technical role, it's a chance to directly influence our business direction, identify new market opportunities, and shape how we scale.

You'll work closely with teams across the business, from operations and finance to sales and marketing, to uncover actionable insights, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making with robust data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Salesforce to extract, analyze, and visualize data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor KPIs, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
• Identify trends and opportunities that inform market expansion strategies and service optimisation.
• Work collaboratively with leadership and departmental heads to guide business planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Drive improvements in data quality and reporting consistency across the business, implementing best practices in data governance.
• Translate complex data into clear, impactful insights through visual storytelling and executive-level presentations.

About You

You're an experienced analyst who knows how to connect the dots between data and business growth. You bring a strong technical foundation, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to solving complex problems.

What You'll Bring:

• 4–6 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role, ideally in a fast-paced or service-driven environment.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills for data manipulation and modeling.
• Proficiency in Python for analysis, automation, and predictive modeling.
• Deep experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and customer data analysis.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
• A commercial mindset and a keen interest in business strategy, growth, and operational performance.

Experience in the property maintenance or field service sector is advantageous but not essential, what matters most is your ability to use data to drive smarter, faster decisions.
