Join us as a Data Analyst at Jellycat

As part of our ongoing business improvement efforts, we are seeking a proactive, strategic, and hands-on leader to head our business intelligence function. This role will drive positive data-driven decision making across the company, primarily collaborating with finance, product, and planning teams.

The Data Analyst will own and maintain our existing PowerBI infrastructure, data products, and services, with opportunities to enhance and evolve our data and digital processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Enable data-based decision-making within the business.
• Analyze data and generate operational reports.
• Respond to and triage support tickets.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis across multiple platforms and data sources.
• Work within Agile Methodology alongside the broader Data & Analytics team.
• Conduct regular training sessions to promote Self-Serve Analytics.
• Lead and develop the Center of Excellence for Self-Serve capabilities.
• Educate and inspire teams about BI, reporting, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Data Analyst or in a related data role.
• Proficiency with SQL, PySpark, and Python.
• Experience with Power BI or similar visual reporting tools.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Proven ability to build analyses and reports.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Logical mindset with a focus on data and evidence-based findings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
