Ready to take your data skills to the next level in the vibrant world of food and beverage?

We’re a leading importer, exporter and distributor of premium food and drink products, known for our dedication to quality and service. We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our London team and help us drive smarter, data-led decisions across our supply chain, sales, and marketing functions.

This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about using data to fuel commercial success.

About the Role
As our Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising our supply chain strategy, forecasting demand, and supporting sales and marketing with actionable insights. Your analysis will help us stay ahead of trends, reduce costs, and ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.

If you're passionate about using data to make a real impact and want to work in a fast-paced, food-loving environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Strategy: Leverage data to create and refine strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and develop systems to ensure optimal inventory and minimise waste.
  • Demand Forecasting: Analyse trends and predict customer needs to align supply accordingly.
  • Sales & Marketing Insight: Deliver clear, accurate data to support sales planning, promotional timing, and stock rotation.
  • Cost Analysis: Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service and quality.
  • Sustainability: Support green initiatives by promoting resource efficiency and sustainable sourcing.
  • Compliance: Navigate regulatory requirements from product development through to global logistics, including port and customs compliance. Analyse and prepare data to comply with regulations such as Plastic Packaging Tax, Extended Producer Responsibility, etc…

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
  • Strong skills in Excel and Power BI (essential)
  • Experience within the food & beverage sector (preferred but not essential)
  • Commercial acumen – able to interpret data and translate it into strategic action – not just ‘stuck in the numbers’
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Happy to be hands and understand all aspects of the business
  • Degree in a relevant field (advantageous)

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary up to £45k, based on experience
  • Your birthday off – every year! (or nearest Friday if on a weekend)
  • Early finish every Friday
  • A high-performance culture with a “Great, not Good” ethos
  • Opportunities for personal growth and continuous improvement
  • A supportive, dynamic team environment
