Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Data Analyst for a remote role with one day a month in Leeds. You will join a highly respected organisation at the intersection of workforce strategy, analytics, and policy, shaping evidence-based decisions and supporting strategic planning.

You will build complex Excel models, analyse large datasets, and present findings to senior stakeholders, contributing to cost modelling and policy development. The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills, including building complex models from scratch.
• Experience using formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, VBA, and macros.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving capability.
• Experience modelling complex business, workforce, or financial scenarios.
• The ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A STEM degree, ideally within mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related discipline.
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities
