Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver workforce, pay, and reward analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Create scenario analysis and long-term forecasts incorporating growth, attrition and inflation.

• Produce clear reports and recommendations for non-technical audiences.

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping evidence-based decisions that influence workforce planning, pay frameworks, and long-term organisational strategy. The Data Analyst will:
