About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team and help transform data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across our business.

What you will be doing

• Extracting, transforming and presenting data from our data lake and marts to support business performance
• Creating visually engaging reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Monitoring data quality and identifying anomalies across business units
• Supporting regular reporting cycles including daily, weekly and monthly outputs
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored insights

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in data analysis and/or data insights, with the ability to work comfortably with business stakeholders
• Competent in using ETL tools such as KNIME Analytics and/or Alteryx
• Knowledge and experience in creating Power BI reports
• Confident written and verbal communicator, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
• Ability to create reports that are visually engaging and easy to interpret
• Experience in financial services or insurance is beneficial, but not essential
