Job summary

Royal Albert Hall is seeking a curious Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team within IT. You will help colleagues turn data into better decisions by working with CRM, ticketing and operations data to produce clear analysis and practical insights.

You will use Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI and Excel to explore data, identify trends, validate data quality and develop dashboards. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn.

The Royal Albert Hall is looking for a curious and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team within IT.

You will help colleagues across the Hall turn data into better decisions. Working with information from our CRM, ticketing and operational systems, you will produce clear analysis, reliable reports and practical insights for technical and non-technical audiences.

Using tools including Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI and Excel, you will explore and validate data, identify trends and anomalies, build reports and dashboards, and support improvements to data quality. You will also work alongside experienced BI colleagues, developing your technical skills and your understanding of the Hall’s systems and activities.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, working knowledge of T-SQL and Power BI, and the confidence to ask useful questions and explain findings clearly. You will be collaborative, organised and keen to learn.
