Job summary

Harvey Nash are supporting an NHS organisation in the appointment of a Data Analyst to provide finance and workforce analytics expertise. The successful candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders to transform complex financial and workforce data into meaningful insights, dashboards, and reporting that support operational and strategic decision-making.

This role requires strong Power BI capability, experience working with financial datasets, and advanced Excel skills for costing

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience with financial data and translating complex datasets into actionable information.
• Experience extracting, analysing and reporting on data from E-Fin and/or BOXI.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, modelling and costing templates.
• Experience supporting ad hoc costing exercises and financial analysis.
• Experience producing workforce finance reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present findings clearly to financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

About The Role

This role has been deemed Inside IR35 by the client. Applicants must hold, or be happy to apply for, a valid Basic Disclosure Scotland.
