Job summary

SLS Recruitment are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Data Analytics Trainer to deliver Level 3 and Level 4 apprenticeship and Skills Bootcamp programmes, integrating technical training, learner mentoring and assessment.

You will support learners to develop practical skills, complete projects and build portfolios while improving training materials and delivery methods; the role requires mentoring, feedback and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering apprenticeship or skills bootcamps.
• Proven ability to mentor and assess learners.
• Willingness to work towards teaching and assessing qualifications.

Responsibilities

Combining technical training, learner mentoring and assessment. You will support learners to develop practical skills, complete projects and build portfolios, while contributing to the ongoing improvement of training materials and delivery methods.

• Strong technical knowledge of data analytics, including Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, R, Access, Azure Data Fundamentals, AI and Data Governance.
• Experience in technical training, coaching, assessment or learner development.
• A recognised teaching qualification, with an assessing qualification where applicable, or willingness to work towards these.
• Relevant technical qualifications, degree-level education or demonstrable industry experience.
