Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Data and AI transformation programmes for insurance clients. Shape data and AI strategies, identify high-value use cases, and define delivery roadmaps that drive business outcomes. Manage programme scope, budgets, resources, governance, risks, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams. Lead multidisciplinary teams spanning AI, data, engineering, architecture, analytics, governance, and change. Partner with senior client stakeholders to navigate delivery challenges, drive adoption, and realise measurable value. Support business development activities, contribute to proposals, and help grow PwC's Data & AI Insurance practice.

You have experience managing complex programme delivery, including budgets, governance, risk management, and executive stakeholder relationships. You can translate business challenges into practical, value-driven data and AI solutions. You have experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering outcomes in fast-paced, client-facing environments. You are a strong communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across business and technology teams.
