Join PwC’s Technology, Data & Analytics team and help some of the world’s leading organisations unlock the value of their data. Combining expertise in data strategy, architecture, engineering, analytics and AI, we help clients modernise technology landscapes, improve decision-making and deliver sustainable transformation.

As a Manager, you’ll lead complex data and technology engagements, shape innovative solutions, influence senior stakeholders and drive meaningful business outcomes. You’ll play a key role in developing market‑leading propositions, building trusted client relationships and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across technology, data, finance and operations to solve challenging problems and create lasting impact.

What Your Days Will Look Like:
  • Design and deliver enterprise data transformation programmes and modern data architectures, applying cloud-native technologies, data mesh and data fabric principles. Embed AI, advanced analytics and automation to create scalable, practical solutions that address insurance business challenges.
  • Lead the design and implementation of data and analytics solutions across insurance functions, including actuarial, finance and reporting use cases. Improve decision‑making through data governance, data quality, operating models, workflow optimisation and low-code/no-code technologies.
  • Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor, overseeing the successful delivery of complex transformation initiatives. Ensure outcomes are commercially relevant, high quality and aligned to regulatory, operational and business objectives.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions spanning data, technology, finance and operations. Contribute to proposition development and business growth opportunities while coaching and developing colleagues within an inclusive, high‑performing team culture.
The role is for you if:
