Job summary

Anson McCade Pty is seeking a Principal Architect for Data to deliver modern data and AI solutions for clients. You will lead a team of architects and engineers, shaping solutions and strategy in collaboration with senior stakeholders.

You will influence technology standards, drive non-functional requirements, and foster inclusive, high-performance team cultures while maintaining a commitment to ongoing learning and growth. Share-based incentives are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of current and emerging data and AI technologies.
• Strong blue-chip consulting experience with public sector clients.
• Proven accountability for designing, building, and deploying scalable data/AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficient in data integration approaches such as messaging systems, queuing, CDC, or data virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver modern data and AI solutions across a range of clients.
• Lead and mentor architects and engineers; guide multi-disciplinary agile teams.
• Influence technology policy, define standards, and shape account strategies.
• Build strong customer relationships and communicate business impact.
