Job summary

Accenture is hiring an AI & Data Architecture Manager to lead teams delivering scalable data solutions and AI-enabled architectures across major clients. You will shape strategy, drive innovative data platforms, and ensure alignment with architectural principles while collaborating with senior teams.

The role requires working with cutting-edge generative AI and agentic technologies, mentoring colleagues, and spending time onsite with client teams across London, Edinburgh, and Manchester.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker with analytical and creative mindset.
• Ability to stay current with emerging AI and data trends and apply them to client opportunities.
• Experience building AI-enabled data architectures.
• Proficient in one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) with professional certifications preferred.
• Experience with AI/Agentic solutions.
• Background in software development, data engineering or data science with interest in AI/Data Architecture specialization.
• Expertise in data modelling, engineering, governance and data consumption.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in designing and implementing scalable data solutions using modern technologies.
• Identify gaps in client architectures and support solution development.
• Shape strategy and roadmaps to improve client AI and data architectures.
• Provide architectural support ensuring solutions are scalable and align with principles.
• Facilitate client workshops and document follow-ups.
