Job summary

Wild in London is seeking a hands-on Data & AI Lead to run our data stack and guide a team of analytics engineers and AI/automation engineers. You will own the full stack, set tooling, and steer the journey from data insights to self-service capabilities, reporting to the Chief Finance & Operations Officer.

You will shape data governance, develop AI strategies, ensure privacy and responsible use, and collaborate with Finance on margins in D2C and retail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a data role.
• Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, dbt and GCP.
• Strong knowledge of data governance.
• Experience designing data architecture and tooling decisions.
• Proven track record leading and delivering data projects.
• Commercial mindset with margin awareness in a D2C/retail business.
• Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for advancing AI initiatives and data-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Own our modern data tooling and pipeline, ensuring reliability and cost control.
• Drive AI strategy and governance with safe, private, governed data.
• Collaborate with Finance on P&L and margins in a D2C/retail context.
• Lead, mentor and deliver projects through a team of analytics and AI engineers.
