Job summary

VantagePoint, a global finance transformation and technology consultancy founded in London, is hiring a Data & AI Solutions Architect to own and evolve internal data, systems and automation. You'll design scalable data models, set standards for data quality, governance and integrations, and drive AI-enabled automation across the business.

This is a hands-on role, balancing short‑term delivery with long‑term architecture.

Qualifications

• Experience designing data models, data flows and governance.
• Hands-on delivery across data, systems and automation.
• Strong SQL and Python capabilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Own data, systems architecture across internal platforms.
• Design scalable data models and end-to-end data flows.
• Identify and implement automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Build, configure and deliver solutions with hands-on work.
• Prototype ideas and deliver quick wins alongside longer plans.
• Manage a data/automation roadmap with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into concrete technical plans.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly to senior teams.
