Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Data Analyst Support in Milton Keynes or Glasgow for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on delivering data-driven governance, reporting, and RAID management across IT programmes.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering, Architecture, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within budget and governance standards. The ideal candidate has experience in IT project delivery, strong data analysis capabilities, and excellent communication skills to present

Qualifications

• Proven track record in IT project/programme risk management and mitigation.
• Experience delivering reports and presentations on data status, results, and recommendations.
• Understanding of IT and non-IT concepts and systems to enable collaboration with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance, RAID items, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies across Data Engineering, Architecture, and other groups.
• Define migration scope and data requirements with Data Engineering; plan delivery and resources.
• Coordinate resource planning, including FTE and non-FTE suppliers, within budget.
• Ensure timely delivery of IT programme objectives and governance compliance.
