Job summary

RBC in Jersey is seeking a Data Support Specialist to join our Wealth Management Europe team. The role involves supporting data activities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and delivering data-driven insights to support client outcomes.

You will work on the 5Series data platform, build dashboards, manage data quality, and liaise with business and technology teams to drive improvements. This is a full-time, office-based position in Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Support CRM initiatives, manage queries, reporting and access requests.
• Query data with the 5Series platform, create and enhance dashboards, maintain data accuracy.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications and support process improvements.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support the design, testing, and rollout of new functionality.
• Document progress, track actions in JIRA, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Provide operational support to the Data Advisory & Optimisation Team.
