Job summary

Equitas Group is seeking a Data Administrator Lead to oversee pupil data across the Federation from our London area school network. This 35-hour week role (41 weeks per year) reports to the Head of Operations & Strategy and sits within the data team focusing on SIMS, admissions, transfers, leavers and pupil records.

The ideal candidate will have school experience, strong data accuracy, and experience with census submissions and reporting systems.

• Must have school experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining accurate pupil data across the Federation
• Taking ownership of SIMS and ensuring pupil records are accurate and up to date
• Managing admissions, transfers, leavers and pupil records
• Setting up new academic years and managing pupil data changes
• Managing Free School Meal and Pupil Premium data
• Maintaining assessment and reporting systems
• Producing pupil reports and data reports for SLT, Governors and staff
• Managing statutory data returns, including the School Census
