A growing company in Southampton is looking for two Data Administrators to join their busy team. The role requires excellent attention to detail and good IT literacy, assisting internal colleagues in a compliance/admin environment. Ideal candidates will have office experience, good communication skills, and the ability to maintain client confidentiality. Qualifications
Minimum 1-year office experience, ideally in a regulated background (financial services, banking, legal).
Comfortable speaking to senior colleagues face to face.
Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
Collaborative worker with excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Assist with the initial set up of cases across various internal systems.
Perform data entry onto internal case management system.
Complete various due diligence checks.
Extract data from one source and transfer it to another.
Prepare documents and reports from standard templates.
Work to deadlines as specified by Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
File documents into the document management system.
Liaise with staff across different disciplines to ensure accuracy.
