Job description

We’re looking for a detail‑driven Data Administrator to help create and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date product listings across our online channels. The role is office‑based within a small, busy team and works closely with the PIM Manager.

About Demon Tweeks

Demon Tweeks is a specialist retailer across motorsport, performance road tuning, motorcycles, and cycling. Our goal is straightforward: offer customers and race teams strong products, clear information, and reliable service.

What you’ll do

  • Create and maintain product listings for Demon Tweeks group channels.
  • Build and manage our master product data set; handle large data volumes reliably.
  • Use Excel confidently for sorting, filtering, and using formulas/functions.
  • Check details carefully and correct errors to keep listings accurate and consistent.
  • Work to tight deadlines and manage your own workload methodically.
  • Collaborate with the PIM Manager and wider team; communicate clearly and professionally.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach.
  • Excellent Excel skills and solid PC literacy (Microsoft Office).
  • Good written English and numeracy for writing and adapting listing copy and promotions.
  • Ability to prioritise and deliver work on time.
  • Interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
  • Interest or understanding of automotive, performance vehicles and/or cycling.

In short: if you’re confident in spreadsheets beyond basic data entry - comfortable with sorting, filtering and functions like VLOOKUP, and you know the difference between a spark plug, an air filter and a shock absorber, we’d like to hear from you.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary dependent on skills and experience.
  • Standard Life pension, Cycle to Work scheme.
  • Staff discount across Demon Tweeks and Tweeks Cycles.
  • State‑of‑the‑art office environment with free on‑site parking.
  • Opportunities to attend on‑site events (e.g. Cars & Coffee).
  • 28 days’ holiday including bank holidays, rising to 33 with length of service.
  • Staff events throughout the year and long‑service awards.
