Responsibilities

  • Input, validate and enrich BD & marketing contact, company and activity data within the Group’s InterAction CRM and allied MarTech platforms.
  • Run scheduled data-quality audits, de-duplicate records and apply standard naming conventions to uphold ≥ 99.5 % accuracy across all systems.
  • Monitor automated data feeds; investigate and resolve data exceptions, escalating complex issues to the CRM Manager.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc data extracts, dashboards and MI reports to support global BD & Marketing teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Enforce Maples’ data-governance, privacy and security protocols in line with GDPR and local regulations.
  • Document data-management processes and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of CRM data standards and workflows.
  • Provide first-line support for data queries, logging defects or enhancement requests where appropriate.
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new users, championing best practice in data entry and stewardship.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a data-administration, CRM or database-focused role; professional-services exposure advantageous.
  • Proficiency with InterAction CRM (or a comparable system such as Salesforce or Dynamics) plus strong Excel / Power Query skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, numeracy and accuracy when working with high-volume datasets.
  • Sound understanding of data-governance principles, GDPR and basic information-security standards.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the confidence to question anomalies and suggest fixes.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities, meet tight deadlines and perform effectively in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills; comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative team player who takes ownership of tasks and seeks opportunities to streamline processes and improve data quality.
