Wycliffe Associates is seeking a dedicated volunteer to assist in quality control and data management for their Data Warehouse. This role supports the Discipleship team and requires strong communication and organizational skills. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ is essential, reflecting the ministry's core values. Position Summary: To assist the Director of Administrative Services in the quality control systems of WA’s Data Warehouse (PORT) and other operational deliverables and the promotion of Wycliffe Associates administrative services. The volunteer will also assist with PORT administration, content uploading, and data management. This is a non-paid role for volunteers.
General Responsibilities: Support the Discipleship team by receiving information from the field and entering it into PORT to support data capture and project management.
Duties:
Creating the following records in WA’s data warehouse (PORT) to support the Discipleship program:
a. Contacts and Organization records
b. Projects - requesting new language codes as needed
c. Events - using the Job Order Form
d. Workshops
e. Translator records
f. Asset Request
g. Reporting and deactivating in following records in PORT at the completion.
h. Projects – check for completeness of uploads, enter project progress information.
i. Events – enter national count, attach reports, complete budget reconciliations, enter D/T activities
j. Workshops – complete end of event reporting
k. Project progress report outside of event reporting
l. Provide support for uploading translation files to content server
m. Managing repos
n, Mark Primary Repositories (Based on Field Report)
o. Mark as “Show on BIEL” when at 100% and approved by field
p. Mark all unnecessary repositories as “Inactive”
-Providing technical support to the Regional PORT Administrators in the creation, of projects, events and workshops in CRM tool.
-Assist the Regional PORT Administrators in the reporting and deactivation of projects, events and workshops in CRM tool.
-Provide support for uploading translation files to content server. Assist the Director of Administrative Services in reviewing the PORT Quality Checks and communicating with the teams to improve accuracy, completeness and timely reporting for the following checks:
a. Events Not Reported in a Timely Manor
b. Workshops Not Ended Timely
c. Missing Start Date or Partner
d. Projects Paused Past Expected Resumption Date
e. Assets Missing Parent Info
f. Projects Completed Not Fully Updated
g. Projects – Actual Completion Date Missing
h. Active Projects With a Resumption Date
i. Scripture Start Dates
j. Verification of Details on Updated Project Progress Reports (PPR’s)
k. Verification of Project Status Changes to Completions

Qualifications:
1. Personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
2. Demonstrates the attitude of a servant leader.
3. Self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
4. B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent job experience is preferred.
5. Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
6. Strong attention to detail, strong computer skills and good communications skill.
7. Ability to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
8. Ability to work effectively with a virtual team.
9. Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification (BFOQ): Demonstrates desire and ability to support corporate Biblical and religious goals and participate in work related spiritual activities without mental reservation.
