Christie & Co is seeking a Data Administrator to maintain quality and accuracy of data in the IBIS CRM system. You will conduct comprehensive data research, validate ownership and contact details, and ensure reliable information for business development and market insight. This hybrid role supports a busy pubs and restaurants brokerage team.
The position involves data governance, collaboration with the regional team and ensuring high data standards for reporting and decision-making.
We’re the leading specialist advisor for buying and selling businesses in our sectors - hotels, pubs, restaurants, childcare, healthcare, convenience retail, leisure and medical.
We employ the largest team of sector specialists in the UK and the largest group of hotel specialists in Europe, providing professional brokerage and advisory services from offices in major cities across Britain and Europe. And because we’ve been doing this for over 80 years, we know our sectors and local markets inside out. We work closely with our clients to guide and conclude transactions of any size, covering restaurants and pubs, hotels, leisure, forecourts and convenience retail businesses, social care and elderly care, childcare & education facilities, dental practices and pharmacies.
This role forms an integral part of the Christie & Co Pubs & Restaurants Brokerage Team and is responsible for maintaining the quality, accuracy and integrity of data within our Salesforce-based Customer Relationship Management system (IBIS).
The importance of clean, accurate and up-to-date data is paramount to the success of the team in identifying new business opportunities, securing sales instructions and connecting with prospective buyers. As such, this role plays a direct part in supporting the commercial performance of the division by ensuring that brokers have access to reliable information that enables targeted business development activity, market intelligence and client engagement.
The successful candidate will become the primary custodian of records within IBIS, undertaking comprehensive research across multiple data sources to ensure that ownership, contact and property information remains accurate, current and actionable.
Our dedicated pubs and restaurants team, which operates across 11 UK offices and represents the largest specialist hospitality advisory group in the country, continues to support clients with unrivalled local market knowledge and national sector insight. Despite substantial cost pressures throughout 2025, transaction activity in the pubs and restaurants sector has remained resilient.
You will report direct to the sector’s Regional Director. You will also have direct contact with the wider team.
*** Please note we will not be able to sponsor for this position and therefore only invite candidates permanently settled in the UK, if you require a visa now or in the future, we will not be able to consider your application***
