Job description

Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Administrator to join a Customer Service team based in Bury.

If you thrive in a role that requires precision, multitasking, and exceptional customer service and Microsoft excel skills, this position could be the perfect fit for you.

You will be working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday between 8:30-5:30pm

In return for your hard work,

you’ll receive a starting salary of £27,000 + bonus + benefits and the opportunity to develop your career!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management.
  • Collaborating with partners requests and provide necessary information verbally and in writing.
  • Providing reports utilising Microsoft excel including v-look ups and pivot tables.
  • Updating all relevant systems and ensuring all information is correct.
  • Conducting thorough investigations into customer accounts when required.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and setup of customer accounts and payment details during contract processing.

  • Excellent multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of tasks effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills to efficiently address inquiries and resolve issues.
