What You Will Do

• Build bespoke and prototype damper specifications using a range of damper technologies.
• Operate and manage rating measurement equipment, ensuring accurate data processing.
• Identify and recommend improvements and preventive actions to enhance processes.
• Inspect, test, maintain, and install equipment and systems as required.
• Solve complex engineering problems independently and contribute to innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with a team of Build Engineers on a double day-shift pattern to meet project goals.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience as a Damper Build Engineer, with expertise in bespoke and prototype builds.
• Strong IT skills and experience with rating measurement equipment.
• Background in the automotive industry, ideally with OEM, supplier, motorsport, or specialist businesses.
• Physical, hands-on experience in damper engineering is essential.
• Engineering degree or relevant formal training/education is desirable but not mandatory.
