Please review other Specializations in this Sub-family to determine if a more specific Specialization is appropriate. This Specialization should also be used by companies that have generic engineering technologist & technician classifications. Technologists apply engineering principles in the implementation of products, systems, and processes. This differs from Engineers who use theoretical aspects of engineering principles to research and conceptually design products, systems, processes, etc.
