Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Damp & Mould Surveyor (Interim) to join a leading social housing provider for a 6-month contract. The role covers occupied homes across the North West England, carrying out damp, mould and condensation inspections and delivering detailed reports.

You will identify causes of defects, recommend remedial actions and liaise with tenants, contractors and internal teams to ensure homes remain safe and compliant.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Damp & Mould Surveyor, Building Surveyor or Property Surveyor within social housing.
• Strong knowledge of building pathology, damp diagnosis and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct damp, mould and condensation surveys across social housing stock.
• Diagnose building defects and identify root causes.
• Produce clear survey reports, specifications and recommendations.

Damp & Mould Surveyor (Interim) North West England | £30-£35 per hour | 6-Month Contract | Social Housing

We are seeking an experienced Damp & Mould Surveyor to join a leading social housing provider on an interim basis for a 6-month contract. Working across occupied residential properties, you will be responsible for carrying out damp, mould and condensation inspections, identifying causes of defects, producing detailed reports, and recommending remedial actions to ensure homes remain safe and compliant.
