Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Property Inspector, Damp/Mould to join our client’s response team. You will carry out site inspections, identify damp/mould issues, and contribute to repairs and maintenance to rectify problems.

The role requires maintaining records, issuing instructions to contractors, and monitoring performance. You’ll need a CSCS card, PVG, driving license, and awareness of health and safety, with experience in local authority settings preferred.

Qualifications

• SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent required.
• Must have a current CSCS card and PVG clearance.
• Driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections for damp and mould issues.
• Maintain statutory records and issue contractor instructions.
• Assist in managing contractor performance.
• Work within a team and liaise with building responsible persons.
• Utilise IT tools (email, internet, Word, Excel).
