A social housing contractor is seeking a Damp & Mould Operative in London to assess and treat damp problems in residents' homes. Overview

A great opportunity has arisen for a Damp & Mould Operative based in Lambeth to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis paying £20.50 per hour.

The successful candidate will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van.

Responsibilities

• Following training generally assess and diagnose damp and mould problems.
• Washing and cleaning affected surfaces within residents' homes.
• Treating damp and mould with specified mould treatments.
• Carrying out minor repair works.
• Carry out works allocated by appointments.
