We’re looking for a Damp, Mould and Disrepair Specialist to join our team! This role is based out of our Portsmouth office, working across Hampshire. It is a full-time, permanent position, working 39 hours per week. The role requires travel and the flexibility to work from any of our sites when necessary.
As a Damp, Mould and Disrepair Specialist, you will manage cases related to damp, mould, and disrepair from initial contact to resolution. You will develop and implement proactive strategies to address these issues, undertake or organize inspections to diagnose causes and remedies, and coordinate remedial works through our DLO or suitable contractors. You will work with legal partners on disrepair claims, gathering the necessary evidence and information.
You will provide expert advice to residents and colleagues, offering clear and helpful communication to deliver holistic, long-term solutions. Using data and local knowledge, you will help pre-empt future cases and collaborate with other teams to design broader solutions.
A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business use are essential. Offers are subject to a satisfactory DBS check. Interviews are scheduled for the week commencing 26 May.
