Job summary

Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a highly organised, customer-focused individual to support the Damp & Mould and Disrepair Service in Shute End, Wokingham. You will coordinate surveys, repairs and contractor activities, and maintain accurate compliance records while guiding residents through the customer journey.

The role requires at least one year's relevant housing repairs experience, GCSEs in English and Maths, and strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent Level 2 qualification).
• At least one year's experience in housing repairs/maintenance or construction-related environment.
• Be resilient, empathetic and professional, with sound judgement and commitment to continuous learning.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, able to manage competing priorities and build relationships with residents and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
