Job summary

Bodleian Libraries is implementing a new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and seeks a dedicated Digital Asset Management Service Manager to lead the service development. You will drive workflows, standards and governance, support system implementation, and promote organisational adoption across teams, with hybrid working and a 2-year fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience of running a DAM system.
• Understanding of digital collection management, preservation, metadata and data standards; experience delivering digital transformation.
• Excellent communicator, capable of leading across teams and guiding change.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a sustainable DAM service across Bodleian Libraries.
• Shape workflows, standards and governance for the DAM program.
• Support implementation of the new system and promote adoption.
• Develop a roadmap for continuous improvement of the DAM service.
