• Significant Technical/Quality experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of BRCGS and external audits.
• Experience in high-risk or chilled food environments.
• HACCP Level 3 and Food Safety Level 3 certification.
• Management and leadership experience with coaching skills.
• Internal/external auditing expertise.

Responsibilities
