Job summary

The CIS is seeking an Area Manager to oversee operations in Devon, Cornwall, and the Isles of Scilly. The successful candidate will maintain customer relations and manage a team of milk recorders to ensure high service levels.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing data quality, and representing The CIS at industry events. A driving license and flexibility in hours are required. Comprehensive training and a company vehicle or allowance will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in the dairy industry.
• Must be fully PC literate with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of CIS field services.
• Liaise with processing and laboratory staff.
• Coach and mentor staff to improve performance.
