Job summary

Academics Ltd in the UK is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Secondary Supply Teachers to work in Schools across Telford on a daily supply basis. We welcome experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECT) with subject knowledge in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, History, Geography and IT/CS.

QTS/PGCE and an up-to-date DBS are required; commuting to Telford or surrounding areas is expected. Competitive daily rates and a dedicated recruitment consultant are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS or PGCE or be an newly qualified teacher.
• Up-to-date DBS is required.
• Proven ability to teach in UK secondary schools.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to adapt to different school settings and subjects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons to students on a daily supply basis.
• Adapt to different subject knowledge areas and school contexts.
• Maintain classroom management and pupil engagement.
• Collaborate with schools and Academics consultants to ensure smooth placements.
