Job summary

Academics Ltd in Wolverhampton is seeking a Supply Teacher to cover day-to-day needs in secondary schools (KS3/KS4, ages 11-16). You will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment and work with teaching assistants to manage pupil behaviour.

Applicants should have QTS or equivalent, UK secondary teaching experience, DBS on Update Service, and the right to work in the UK. Roles are day-to-day and pay is dependent on experience and school policy.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

Academics are currently looking for a supply teacher to work in secondary schools around the Wolverhampton area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about education and confident in managing a classroom in KS3 and KS4, ages 11-16.
