Daily Supply Teacher – Outstanding Primary Schools in Colchester

We are seeking a Daily supply teacher to join our team supporting a group of Outstanding primary schools across Colchester. This role is ideal for fully qualified teachers who hold QTS and are passionate about delivering high-quality education and training on a flexible, day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, ensuring continuity of learning during teacher absences.
• Guide classroom TA's, manage behaviour effectively, and maintain a positive, engaging learning environment.
• Adapt quickly and display strong classroom management skills.
