About the Role:

As a Daily Supply Teacher, you’ll step into primary classrooms in and around Maldon to ensure continuity of learning when regular staff are away. Whether you prefer EYFS, KS1, or KS2, we’ll match you to schools where you’ll feel confident and valued.

Deliver high-quality lessons or continue existing plans with professionalism and enthusiasm

Build quick rapport with pupils and staff while maintaining a calm, inclusive learning environment

Adapt with ease to different routines, year groups, and classroom expectations

Maintain consistency and behaviour standards during short-term placements

What You’ll Need:

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools

A flexible, calm, and proactive approach to classroom management

A valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply through us)

Availability for at least 1–3 days per week (more if desired)

Local to Maldon or willing to travel to surrounding areas
