Job summary

Druva is seeking an SDR to drive new logo pipeline in the DACH region. You will qualify inbound inquiries and proactively pursue opportunities, coordinating with Account Executives to book meetings and demos. Strong German language skills and experience with SFDC, Salesloft/Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator are essential.

You’ll operate in a fast-growing SaaS environment with a culture of innovation. You will manage high-volume inbound leads while executing strategic outbound activities to expand

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SFDC, Salesloft/Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• German language proficiency is essential for this role.
• 1+ years of SDR experience in hunter/new-business roles.
• Experience engaging with mid-market and enterprise customers (>1000 employees).
• Ability to manage high-volume inbound leads while maintaining outbound cadence.
• Executive presence to engage with IT leaders and CISOs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the DACH region.
• Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries and fast-track high-potential prospects.
• Execute tailored multi-channel outreach sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with Account Executives to build territory plans and book meetings/demos.
• Maintain Salesforce.com pipeline with accurate stages and notes.
