Job description

For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.

You’ll join Jellycat as our D365 Supply Chain expert, helping our UK and US teams get the very best from the system. From resolving complex functional issues and supporting critical supply chain processes to spotting opportunities to improve how we work, you’ll have a real impact on how our operations run day to day.

You’ll work closely with our ERP Support Analyst, Supply Chain teams and external partners, combining your Supply Chain knowledge with your D365 expertise to solve problems, drive improvements and create better ways of working as Jellycat continues to grow.

You’ll be
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for D365 Supply Chain Management across the UK and US, providing specialist functional support for issues escalated by the ERP Support Analyst and IT Service team.
  • Investigating and resolving complex supply chain issues across procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, sales order processing, product and master data, and transfer and shipping processes.
  • Identifying the root cause of recurring supply chain issues and driving permanent fixes, working with the business and the managed service partner.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting EDI and integration flows (e.g. orders, ASNs, invoices and warehouse or 3PL interfaces), resolving failed or stuck messages and their underlying causes.
  • Acting as the functional escalation point to the managed service partner for supply chain issues, providing clear and detailed tickets, challenging proposed solutions where needed and validating fixes with the business before closure.
  • Leading the functional response to Priority 1/major incidents affecting receiving, fulfilment or shipping, working with the business and the partner until service is restored.
  • Partnering with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Customer Service and Finance teams in the UK and US to understand regional processes, identify improvement opportunities and get the most from D365.
  • Reviewing and shaping supply chain change and enhancement requests, providing functional design input, configuration and business impact assessment.
  • Planning and carrying out testing of fixes, configuration changes and Microsoft service updates, including regression testing of key supply chain processes before release.
  • Coaching and upskilling the ERP Support Analyst and IT Service team on supply chain processes, and producing supply chain process guides and knowledge articles in HaloITSM.
  • Providing support across UK and US time zones, including regular work outside core hours to ensure overlap between regions.
  • Providing supply chain expertise for future D365 rollouts to other regions, including design, testing, go-live and hypercare.
You’ll have
  • Proven experience in an ERP application support or functional consultant role, with hands‑on experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (or Dynamics AX) essential.
  • Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory and warehouse management, and product and master data management.
  • Experience with D365 Warehouse Management, including the Warehouse Management mobile app, highly desirable.
  • An understanding of how Supply Chain Management interacts with D365 Finance, including inventory costing, posting and invoice matching.
  • Experience supporting EDI and system integrations, including troubleshooting failed messages, batch jobs and the Data Management Framework, with exposure to Azure Integration Services considered an advantage.
  • Experience supporting multi‑entity, multi‑region ERP environments, such as UK and US legal entities.
  • Experience using IT Service Management tools to manage incidents, requests and changes, with HaloITSM experience considered an advantage.
  • Experience working with third‑party managed service or support partners, including escalation and SLA management.
  • Familiarity with D365 reporting and Power BI, with working knowledge of SQL considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant (MB‑330) and/or ITIL v4 Foundation certification would be an advantage.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create clear user guides and explain technical issues in plain language.
