About the Role

Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect – Up to £75,000 – Remote - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead requirements gathering sessions to understand and define business needs.
2. Architect, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
3. Design end-to-end solutions aligning with both functional and technical requirements.
4. Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
5. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout all project stages.
6. Deliver training and support materials to end-users and stakeholders.
7. Collaborate across teams to enhance and refine processes.
8. Engage in both functional and technical aspects of solution development.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in Dynamics 365 architecture, configuration, and implementation.
2. Strong understanding of business analysis and requirements gathering.
3. Skilled in D365 customization and solution design.
